Le 15 mars dernier, la justice luxembourgeoise avait condamn\u00e9 en appel Antoine Deltour \u00e0 six mois de prison avec sursis et 1 500 euros d\u2019amende et Rapha\u00ebl Halet \u00e0 une amende de 1 000 euros. Les organisations de la Plateforme Paradis Fiscaux et Judiciaires avaient alors d\u00e9nonc\u00e9 un verdict injuste et scandaleux.
